Hello Bell, Thank you for your quick response. Sorry but I dont speak Russian. My original problem to connect Sipsorcery (Virtual PBX) is solved. Now, I have three new problems. For your information, I have successfully connected four other Voip providers including Fonworld, Glovip and Phonestar to Liberalvoip. I have problems with three VOIP providers ippi.fr, Sipgate UK and Sipgate Germany. They all show connected in Liberalvoip control screen but I can't make calls. On the Voip provider side it also show connection to LiberalVoip. The status for the connection is good, not showing red. When I make a call; I hear one ring and the line drops. I also try to re-arrange the codecs to use exclusively G711a to try to fix problem but it doesn't work. This is the message from Sipsorcery: 486 Busy Here for sip:. I tried connecting to the VOIP providers (IPPI.fr, Sipgate.co.uk) directly with my softphone (Ekiga, Bria, Blink) and it works perfectly. Can you please help? Thanks so much for your time. I greatly appreciate it.
Probably the problem is in CallerID checkbox in your Sip lines сommon settings. Please uncheck this option and try to call again. This option is experimental and works incorrect now. We will fix this as soon as possible.
Hello Bell, Thank you so much for the prompt response. You are awesome. The problem has been fixed. What is the function of the Caller ID checkbox? Thanks again.
When you make a call to another LiberalVoip user or to provider your original CallerID ("From" fileld in the SIP Invite message) will be converted twice. 1. Original CallerID to your SIP line number (100XXXX), so another user will see your SIP line number as the CallerID. 2. Your SIP line number to the User name from a provider settings, so your provider will see User name as the CallerID. This checkbox allow you to send original CallerID instead of the SIP line number or instead of the User name. But your provider must allow such calls. This option can be useful when you call from a GSM gateway, for example.
Hello Bell, Thanks so much for the answer and quick support. With your help I fix 2 out 3 of my problems. I still have the same error message with Sipgate UK: 486 Busy Here for sip:.. Would you have any idea of the problem? Thanks
Hello Bell, No. I can not call with none of my providers. Nothing works now. The change you made did not fix the problem but made it worse. Thanks.
Hello Bell, Everything working now except for Sipgate UK. I just called the UK twice. It rings for a few times and than the line drops. Please check your log file for the two unsuccessful calls. Thanks.
Hello Bell, Finally Sipagate UK is working now. Thanks so much for the fix. Was the problem with Liberalvoip or on the UK side?
Hello Bell, I have problems with the LiberalVoip trunk again. None of my calls are connecting even though everything shows up fine in the Status report screen. The called numbers are not even displayed in the Incoming/Outgoing call status screen on Liberalvoip. Everything was working 5 mins ago. Can you please verify the problem? Thanks.
Hello Bell, I have another problem with one of my VOIP service providers. The name is Vomino. The SIP proxy is sipie2.vomino.net. I tried connecting to the VOIP company directly with my Softphone (fring, Blink), no problem. I call with Liberalvoip.ru and it gives me a "Busy" response. Vomino registers correctly with Liberalvoip.ru with no red text. It was working for a couple of days and stopped working yesterday. Can you please check what is wrong on your end? Thanks again for your kind assistance. Cheers, Calvin
I just tried to two calls with Vomino. This is the message returned by the system: Response 486 Busy Here for sip:.
As you can see in calls stat this call was routed to the ippi.fr, not to Vomino. Please check your dialplan and try again.
